We stay in king room quite often, it is new-fashioned and well-kept. All in all they offer amazing service. There is the point that free Wi-Fi was provided throughout the property.

Safe hotel with clean facilities, favourable location right in the Heart of the Old Town. Thanks to the superbly friendly staff everything was good, including a lot ofoutstanding food. Overall a perfect 10/10 stay — good value, considering prices in other hotels.

Had a fantastic stay at a well-positioned and safe accommodation in Quito. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing walking directions and suggestions for a great guide. The hotel is located in the heart of the colonial center, with amazing views of the Santo Domingo Church and plaza. The included breakfast buffet was decent with hot and cold choices. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, views, and friendly staff.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location in the city center makes it convenient to visit all the historic sites. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable with a view of the old town, and some even come with a kitchen and fine furniture. The breakfast is delicious, with local dishes and a fantastic view of the city or historical plaza.
